Bank Loan Operating loan
Goodbank Bank has a wide range of loans, both secured and unsecured. Goodbank Bank’s Overdraft is a non-recurring, non-secured loan. You pay off your credit once a month at your own pace and it is available again.
The use of credit
Customers of Tier 2 to 4 can receive a credit line of up to € 10,000, for Tier 1 customers a credit line of up to € 5,000. The credit is in constant use and can be raised as needed. The loan period varies from 3 months up to 6 years.
The front level is determined by the number of transactions. Tier 1 customers are less than $ 10,000, Tier 4 customers are over $ 150.00. You can join together with your spouse to get to a higher level of customer relationship.
Repayment of the operating loan
Borrowers have the option of two non-consecutive, grace-free months at a time and date specifically agreed with the bank. The interest-free month and any fees are included in the monthly installment of the following month. The maturity date of the loan is up to you, so it can be any day of the month.
Who can apply for a Goodbank Bank overdraft?
An overdraft can be applied for by Goodbank Bank customers with regular income. An overdraft of Level 4-2 requires a regular salary income from Goodbank Bank, otherwise an overdraft of Level 1 will be required. The benefits of a mortgage loan do not change with the change of the premium during the term of the mortgage agreement. Goodbank Bank customers can apply for a loan through Netbank.
What are the costs of a loan?
The interest rate on the operating loan is linked to the 3-month Euribor 365 reference rate plus 6, 8 or 12 percentage points. The interest rate on the overdraft depends on the customer level and is therefore only 5.7% lower but 11.70% high with the Euribor negative. The value of the reference rate on a working loan is determined by the quotation of the first banking day of March, June, September and December.
The set-up fee ranges from $ 0 up to $ 100 depending on the level of the customer. The annual fee also varies between 0.5% -2% and is calculated on the basis of the credit line. The drawdown commission is 2% and the processing fee is EUR 3.5 per month.
